This handsome boy has been living in our home for about a year now. When Hogan first arrived, he was completely shut down—so much so that we couldn’t get near him, and he spent the first two weeks tucked away under our kitchen cupboard.
With patience and love, Hogan has slowly blossomed. He’s still a shy lad, but he enjoys being close to his people. He’s not the biggest fan of cuddles, yet he shows his affection in his own gentle way—laying at your feet and resting his head there, happy just to feel that quiet contact.
Hogan has started going out on the lead and is making steady progress. He loves running on a long lead, exploring, and having a good sniff of the world around him. With more time and encouragement, he’ll continue to grow in confidence.
